Position Summary:

The Angeline Welcome Center Ambassador serves as the primary brand representative and storyteller for the Angeline community. As the first point of contact for prospective residents, Realtors, and community partners, the Ambassador is responsible for delivering an exceptional visitor experience that brings the Angeline vision, lifestyle, and opportunities to life.

This role is integral to the marketing and sales ecosystem at Angeline, converting Welcome Center traffic into qualified builder visits, community exploration, and ongoing engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Visitor Experience & Community Storytelling
  • Welcome guests and provide a professional, engaging introduction to the Angeline community.
  • Deliver compelling presentations covering the Angeline vision, neighborhoods, builders, amenities, the Angeline Farm, and future development plans.
  • Assess visitor needs, preferences, and timelines to guide exploration and direct guests to appropriate builder model homes and community features.
  • Provide guided Welcome Center tours and share relevant information about schools, employment centers, and regional attractions.
  • Maintain current, thorough knowledge of all builders, home offerings, community amenities, and innovation and education partnerships.
Lead Qualification & Builder Referral
  • Capture and maintain accurate visitor information and preferences in the community CRM system.
  • Qualify prospects based on home preferences, budget, and relocation timeline, and refer them to the appropriate builder model homes.
  • Maintain post-visit communication with prospective buyers as appropriate.
  • Track referral activity and assist with reporting on builder engagement and traffic trends.
Welcome Center Operations
  • Ensure the Welcome Center and surrounding visitor areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Keep displays, digital screens, and printed collateral current and accurate.
  • Monitor inventory of brochures, maps, and marketing materials.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including CRM entry and visitor documentation.
Marketing & Community Promotion
  • Assist with the planning and execution of community events and promotional activities.
  • Capture photos and video content for use across Angeline social media and marketing channels.
  • Provide visitor feedback and insights to the marketing team to support continuous improvement of messaging and the Welcome Center experience.
Community Awareness & Market Insights
  • Maintain familiarity with competing communities and new residential offerings in the regional market.
  • Share observations on development progress, builder activity, and visitor trends with marketing and leadership on a regular basis.
Realtor & Builder Engagement
  • Welcome visiting Realtors and broker groups and assist with tours, broker events, and community showcases.
  • Maintain awareness of builder inventory, active promotions, and new model openings.
  • Support ongoing relationship-building efforts with builders and local real estate professionals.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or community engagement.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance with an energetic, positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; comfortable with tablets, email platforms, and digital presentation tools.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and personal vehicle.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional evening events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in homebuilding, real estate, hospitality, or tourism.
  • Florida Real Estate License.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Canva and/or social media content tools.
Working Conditions:

Must be available both Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM) and Sunday. (12 PM - 6 PM)

Most of the work is completed in the office and on the job site. 

Should be able to sit, stand and walk long distances, balance, stoop, crouch, hold, reach, talk verbally and over the telephone, hear, see, and drive. 

Should be able to lift/move up to 20 lbs. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in sun, and dust, loud noise, and vibrations.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00/hour
